The Nedbank Golf Challenge tournament logos are registered trademarks of Sun International (IP) Limited . Furthermore, all rights in the 2024 - 2026 Nedbank Golf Challenge tournament, names, trade names, logos, product packaging and designs of the Nedbank Golf Challenge Tournament or its official sponsors, belong exclusively to Sun International (IP) Limited or such third-party, as applicable, and are protected from reproduction, imitation, dilution or confusing or misleading uses under national and international laws, as applicable.

Players issued items signed or unsigned by a player may not be used for commercial purposes by individuals other than a player themselves. No merchandise relating to the Nedbank Golf Challenge tournament will be sold or traded at the tournament in whatsoever form. The unauthorised use or misuse of Nedbank Golf Challenges trademarks or any other rights will result in Sun International (South Africa) Limited’s management instituting legal proceedings and/or prosecution against all such parties.

Media accreditation is given with the sole purpose to be utilised under the framework and conditions granted by Sun International (South Africa) Limited or the duly appointed service providers by its partners in strict compliance with the Nedbank Golf Challenge tournament guidelines. All rights however remain the property of Sun International (IP) Limited and Sun International (South Africa) Limited and no individual photographer may use any image for retail or private resale purpose in whatever form other than the sole purpose of usage for the company/sponsors or agency/publication, he/she has been granted rights to cover the Nedbank Golf Challenge tournament as the official photographer or in any other digital form based on the written permission of any director of Sun International (South Africa) Limited only. Misuse of this privilege will result in Sun International (South Africa) Limited’s management instituting legal proceedings and/ or prosecution and lifelong banning of coverage at any other related tournament series.

The use or misuse of these trademarks or any materials contemplated herein except as expressly permitted herein and including without limitation use of the domain name or as part of a domain name is expressly prohibited. Nothing stated or implied on this site is designed to grant or otherwise confer on you any licence or right under any patent, copyright work, and trademark, design or other intellectual property right of a similar nature in respect of the contents of the site, to use any names, logos, pictures, trademarks or other works or content featured on the site.

No act of downloading or otherwise copying or reproducing from the site will transfer title to you to any software or material on the site unless express with the written content of any director of Sun International (South Africa) Limited to the contrary.
